πŸ‘‰ Before arriving at Washington State University, Ben spent the 2022 season as the head strength and conditioning coach at Akron, and the 2021 campaign on the Pitt football strength and conditioning staff.

πŸ‘‰ Returning to his hometown of Pittsburgh, Ben previously served as the director of sports performance for the football programs at Kansas and Wyoming.

πŸ‘‰ He was also the associate strength and conditioning coach at LSU, where he had oversight of the Tigers’ running backs, fullbacks, tight ends, and linebackers.

πŸ† During his time at LSU, Ben played a key role in guiding six bowl teams, including the 2011 SEC-title team that reached the BCS National Championship Game!
