Ben Iannacchione, former Boise State offensive lineman, becomes Washington State University Football's Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, joining after collaborating with Coach Dickert at Wyoming. With coaching experience at LSU, Kansas, and Akron, he brings valuable expertise to Pullman. Ben's impressive credentials and family dedication make him a valuable addition to the team.

We are thrilled to welcome Ben Iannacchione to the Washington State University football coaching staff as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach! 🏅 With a wealth of experience and an impressive coaching background, we know he’s the perfect fit for the Cougars! Let’s get to know him better:
👉 Ben worked alongside Head Coach Jake Dickert before at Wyoming during the 2018-19 seasons and now joins him in Pullman!
👉 Before arriving at Washington State University, Ben spent the 2022 season as the head strength and conditioning coach at Akron, and the 2021 campaign on the Pitt football strength and conditioning staff.
👉 Returning to his hometown of Pittsburgh, Ben previously served as the director of sports performance for the football programs at Kansas and Wyoming.
👉 He was also the associate strength and conditioning coach at LSU, where he had oversight of the Tigers’ running backs, fullbacks, tight ends, and linebackers.
🏆 During his time at LSU, Ben played a key role in guiding six bowl teams, including the 2011 SEC-title team that reached the BCS National Championship Game!
🏋️♂️ As a former standout offensive lineman at Boise State, Ben brings firsthand experience to his coaching approach.
🎓 Ben earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Boise State in 2008, and a master’s degree in kinesiology from LSU in 2012.
👪 On a personal note, Ben and his wife, Renee, are proud parents of three children: daughter Luciana and sons Salvatore and Sonny.
