Rob was born in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. But, he calls Cape Breton (Canada) home as his Acadian roots are part of who he is today. Rob is an agile and driven technical professional. He excels at delivering exceptional customer support and service to clients. His history of building support and technical staff teams eventually gained the attention of Apple. Rob was headhunted by Apple to lead its technical teams across Canada. He trained stores from around the globe on Apple’s culture and processes. 

Rob excels at building relationships and gaining the trust of his customers. He always has an ear to the ground, searching for ways to better serve his customers and address their pain points. Rob can solve complex business challenges through leadership, alignment, understanding, and business acumen. He is driven to exceed the expectations of customers, employers, and partners.
